Our goal is to provide you with legal representation that is focused on your case, your recovery, your rights. Our approach to every case we accept is that this is a case that we would take to trial. We prepare every case as if a trial would be necessary to protect your rights. This, of course, isn't what happens in every case. Many matters are resolved prior to trial, with many more settling before a lawsuit is even filed. The important distinction is that we don't go into a case thinking of the quickest and cheapest way to get paid. That is a self serving law practice. We go into a case concerned with how you are going to recover what was damaged or taken from you. A lawyer is supposed to zealously advocate for the rights and interests of his or her client. When lawyers start to look out for themselves rather than their clients, well then, we're pretty sure that's where all the terrible lawyer jokes came from.
